Retail Technology Limited's commitment to IFRA and the UK shoe business as a whole was again visible during the awards ceremony held by IFRA at the Hilton Metropole hotel at Birmingham's NEC. This year, Retail Technology sponsored these prestigious awards which allowed IFRA to put on a good evening which was enjoyed by the audience of manufacturers, representatives and retailers alike.

RTL's Eugenio Leijten is seen here handing the award for "Best customer service" to Mike Barton of UK Distributors. The three nominations for best retailer included two Retail Technology system users namely "The Golden Boot" and "Shortlands". Shortlands won the award.
