Rewarding Customer Loyalty

Retail Technology Limited is extremely proud of its long list of loyal customers, some of which have been working with our EPOS and Stock Control systems for as long as 11 years.  Ward Shoes of Matlock is one of these long standing customers.  Owner, Stephen Ward, implemented his first RTL System back in August 1998.  

Wards Shoes is a family run retailer that has been in business for 41 years.  Like RTL, Wards Shoes pride themselves in the level of service they offer their customer, and this has resulted in many years of success.   RTL are more than just software provider’s to our customer.  We build a long and trusted relationship with our retailers and in some instances, have worked with up to three generations in one business.  Stephen is slowly handing over the reins to niece, Alison Mansfield and husband, Justin.  
Justin and Alison recently attended Moda at the NEC, Birmingham to receive a special reward and thanks for the loyalty they have continued to invest in Retail Technology.
