This site aims to provide you with the information you are looking for and therefore the site has four main areas; - My First System - In this section of the site we cover RTL specific qualities and features but we also provide general advise. Ultimately, we want retailers to make the right choice in sourcing a system. RTL is particularly good at shoes and fashion and then even more so in branded shoe retail. If you are a general retailer selling e.g. food or carpets, we'd much rather you go to a Microsoft Partner who is good at that vertical market.
- Replace My System - A retailer that already has a system speaks from experience. Unfortunately, many systems don't live up to the retailer's expectations. In this section we provide information about our system and how we can migrate an existing set up onto a Retail Technology System.
- RMS Add-Ins - Add-Ins provide addition functionality to the core products Microsoft Dynamics RMS and POS 2009. RTL has produced a number of very important Add-Ins that completes these Microsoft applications for retailers of shoes and fashion. Besides RTL's own Add-Ins, we also help existing users with third party ones like Hero Points and Nitrosell.
- Retail Hardware - Retail hardware is specials area and not all hardware is the same. In this section we aim to inform about the different options.
