Weekly Question and Answer Session
Every Tuesday at 11:00 AM, we hold a question-and-answer online session that all of our customers can attend.
All we ask you to do is to e-mail support@rtl-world.com with your questions in advance.
To join a meeting just click here: https://www.gotomeeting.com/join/343782386 You may have to download and install an Active X control. The password to the meeting is "pulse".
For audio, you need to join the telephone conference also. To do this, dial +44 (0)870 22 333 44 and enter the PIN 271871 on the phone keypad. You say your name after the beep, which is then announced to other participants. And you're off!
The support desk is there for you to help you with problems but is not there to provide training. These Q&A sessions are ideal for getting your specific training questions answered. Taking part is absolutely free and we would like to encourage you to take part.
