Weekly user training sessions
You may already have attended a training course and would like to be refreshed.
There may now be new add-ins available that you want to make yourself familiar with. Why not attend an on-line training course and get all the information you need?
To be able to attend a training course you must have access to a computer running Windows, have a broadband internet connection and have access to a telephone.
To view the course, you will join an online meeting through www.gotomeeting.com.
When you join your first meeting you will have to download and install an Active X Control. It is therefore a good idea to join a meeting a little early so that you have time to be prepared.
When you have told us that you want to join a meeting, we will e-mail you with all the necessary information.
All you have to do is to dial 0870 22 333 44 and enter the PIN number that you will be provided with.
To join any of the on-line courses listed above, please e-mail brena@rtl-world.com stating which courses you would like to attend.
Courses start at 9:00 AM and last approximately one hour.
If a course is not joined by any attendees within 15 minutes of the start time, the course will be cancelled.
